What is the Trust Score?
It's a single number that sums up everything we know about a group — whether its link works, how active it is, how well it's moderated, and what members say about it.
Instead of digging through details, you get one clear signal at a glance. A high score means we've seen strong, consistent evidence that a group is genuine, active, and safe to join.
Scores aren't set once and forgotten — they update continuously as a group changes, so what you see is always current.

How often does a Trust Score update?
Continuously. Link checks run daily and reports are factored in as they arrive, so a score reflects a group's current state — not how it looked when it was first listed.
Can a group's score go down after it's listed?
Yes. If the link breaks, activity dies off, or reports come in, the score falls — and if it drops far enough, the group is reviewed and may be removed.
Does a high score guarantee a group is safe?
No — and we won't pretend otherwise. The Trust Score is a strong, honest signal based on real data, but groups are run by independent admins and can change. Use it as guidance, not a guarantee, and stay alert.
I'm an admin — why is my score lower than I expected?
It usually comes down to one of the five factors: a shaky link, low activity, thin moderation, recent reports, or a listing that doesn't quite match the group. Tightening those up will lift it over time.
